Why the west valley

I love the west valley. I love that though our neighborhoods are expanding, that true small-town feeling of community is still prevalent everywhere. All of the shopping and restaurants you could ever want are minutes away, and equally close are hundreds of miles of secluded hiking trails to help you re-center and find some peace when needed. I love that most folks here are down-to-earth, hard-working people willing to lend a neighbor a helping hand.

My husband is a builder, and together we’ve renovated dozens of properties. Though not officially an expert, I can often offer helpful insight regarding upgrading your home before selling, or projects you might tackle after buying a new home. I’ve personally worked with all kinds of vendors, and have listed my personal favorites here.


I own and manage both long and short-term rentals in Surprise and Glendale. I often work with investors, and whether you’re just starting to think of investment properties or have a lengthly portfolio, I can guide you to true cash-flowing properties.

I take pride in guiding each of my clients through the entire buying or selling process personally - I don’t use a transaction coordinator, and you won’t be handed off to a different agent down the road.

As a buyer, we’ll have a meeting before we start shopping to make sure I have a full and clear understanding of the home you’d like to find, and walk you through every step of the process. You’ll be able to shop and tour homes with full confidence in the decisions you make along the way.

As a seller, you’ll see the difference from day 1. I’ll provide you with all of the market statistics, timelines, and selling process so that we can make informed listing decisions together. My sellers never have to wonder whats going on - we have scheduled weekly phone calls to go over activity and feedback. With me, your property will get maximum exposure to potential buyers with a dedicated property website, extensive social media marketing, light complimentary staging, professional interior and drone photography (as needed), a property pre-inspection, and kitchen display on local schools and neighborhood facts.
